Corporate equity
House of Guise offers the possibility to buy company equities. Equity, typically referred to as shareholders' equity (or owners' equity for privately held companies), represents the amount of money that would be returned to a company's shareholders if all of the assets were liquidated and all of the company's debt was paid off in the case of liquidation. In the case of acquisition, it is the value of company sales minus any liabilities owed by the company not transferred with the sale.
Corporate bond
House of Guise offers the possibility to buy company bonds. A bond is a fixed-income instrument that represents a loan made by an investor to a borrower (typically corporate or governmental). A bond could be thought of as an I.O.U. between the lender and borrower that includes the details of the loan and its payments. Bonds are used by companies, municipalities, states, and sovereign governments to finance projects and operations. Owners of bonds are debtholders, or creditors, of the issuer.
Tax optimized investment
Stocks and bonds are structured as a securities, and are subject to capital gains tax. House of Guise takes care of the under assets taxation, so our investors do not have to worry about that dimension. As an investor you are bound to your local taxation. Please check if you can apply for a double taxation relief if necessary.
New chapter in real estate financing
With company bond, House of Guise starts a new chapter in digital real estate wealth building for individuals. House of Guise offers you the possibility to invest in established wealth managers in real estate companies and in alternative financial products to receive an interest rate. The return interest is variable when applied to stocks and fixed when applied to bonds. The maturity of stocks are fixed to the viability of the company and the maturity is predefined when applied to bonds. In any case, House of Guise offers an early exit possibility on its secondary market. The bond offers individuals the opportunity to grow in Real Estate.
Disclaimer Risk
Like every kind of investment crowdinvesting including, investors must consider a risk/return balance, higher the return, higher the risk. At House of Guise we have designed our solution so investors can choose upfront if they want to take significant risk (our significant investors; the borrowers) and if they want to take limited risk (our crowdlenders: the lenders). In the worst case (total destruction of the portfolio assets), lenders will bear a loss of their invested capital and borrowers a greater amount. It is wise as a crowdlender to invest funds you can afford to lose.
House of Guise provides information on each portfolio projects to the users of the platform. The scope of our work is limited to the deployment of sample contracts and the technical framework to facilitate the conclusion of such contracts and to organize the delivery of documents. House of Guise assumes no liability whatsoever for the information provided by all under assets, like real estate wealth managers and alternative products.
